NORCAT’s Train-the-Trainer program is a three-day classroom-based program.
The curriculum involves instruction in adult-centered teaching methods focusing on providing the participants the relevant knowledge, techniques and resources to effectively teach and transfer knowledge to their respective workers. The program will engage participants to prepare lesson plans, provide shared experiences and feedback on relevant discussion topics, and make presentations to their peer trainees to assist in soft skill development and communication skills.
The program is directed at both new and experienced supervisors seeking to understand and develop leadership, communication and knowledge transfer skills.
